Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ghost Management (“the Service”), operated by Ghost Management, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ghost Management is a content management platform that allows users to generate, schedule, and publish posts to their X (Twitter) account. The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation based on user-defined personas and preferences.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at coach@biomechcoaching.com.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Ghost Management a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with X’s Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Violate X’s Terms of Service or Developer Agreement
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ accounts
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited mass messaging

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with X (Twitter), OpenAI, and Supabase. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. Ghost Management is not responsible for the availability or conduct of these services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ghost Management does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You review and approve all content before it is published.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any content published to X on your behalf.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
